Here we are, 20-ish years later and finally a full-length record. You could say this is a selfish project and you wouldn’t be too far off the mark: we came together from across the country and an ocean of time to put together a bunch of songs that no one has heard for a good long while including two that no one, including the other members of this band, had ever heard before. Chronologically speaking “21 Days” was the first song of my own I played in front of people (I think. Memories are weird) and it’s run through a few different versions until what we ended up with today. Some of these songs were totally reworked (“Three Month Rule”/”Frankie Leaves The Real World”) while some (“Tonight”/ “DILLIGARA”) are basically how they’ve always been. I do have to give a shout to our producer/new fifth member Jay Shaffer of Pagoda City Records in Reading, PA for bringing this to life and adding new life and at times literally a new voice to these songs. What started out as a vehicle for songs I was writing became a truly collaborative effort and we’re all extremely proud of it and grateful for anyone that takes the time to stop and listen.
The entire album is a hair above 35 minutes. We put 11 pounds of dynamite in a 2-pound bag. Is that punk rock?
Boom. Thanks, for giving us some of your time and support. More to come, friends. Get ready.
